We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Loan Officer to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our commercial lending portfolio by cultivating strong client relationships and delivering customized financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Identify and develop relationships with prospective clients, including real estate investors, developers, and business owners.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by understanding their financial needs and goals.
• Loan Origination & Underwriting Support:
  • Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and property evaluations to assess loan viability.
  • Collaborate with underwriting teams to structure and present customized loan solutions.
• Market Analysis & Business Development:
  • Stay informed on market trends, lending products, and industry regulations.
  • Leverage market insights to identify new business opportunities and expand Genesis Global’s footprint.
• Communication & Reporting:
  • Prepare and present loan proposals to internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial lending, private equity, or related fields (minimum 0-2 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate, financial analysis, and loan structuring.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Familiarity with hard money loans and private equity financing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
